         Shandong Dingxin Electronic Glass Group Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as the company) is located in the beautiful coastal city - Rizhao City, Shandong Province, with Qingdao to the north and Lianyungang  City to the south. The company is located in Rizhao Economic and Technological Development Zone, with 3 kilometers west of the expressway, 1 kilometer east of Rizhao Port and 8 kilometers away from Rizhao Airport. Therefore,there is convenient land, sea and air transportation .

Two. General

          Established in 1970, the company has nearly 50 years history and production experience, and now is a glass packaging material production group integrating cosmetic glass, daily use glass, medicinal glass and borosilicate glass production. The company covers an area of 368 mu, with a building area of 100,000 square meters and a warehouse area of 40,000 square meters and over 2,000 employees.

        The company has a number of core technologies and independent intellectual property rights, independently research and technology of one-time molding production. The company led the making of the "Light Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China: Glass Container Cosmetic Bottles", and was named as a invisible champion of Shandong Province manufacturing industry in 2018. In recent years, the company's various economic indicators continues to grow, and the company has been rated as “Rizhao City Taxpaying Outstanding Contribution Enterprise” for many years.

        To achieve innovation-driven and green development, the company actively responded to the call of governments at the national, provincial and municipal levels, vigorously used clean energy, implements new-old kinetic energy conversion and technology transformation, and eliminates backward production capacity. At present, eight electric furnaces and one natural-gas powered furnace have been built and operated. Three. Products Introduction

         The company has 9 glass furnaces with more than 40 production lines and an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons. The leading products are divided into four series with over 7,000 varieties, and are equipped with large glass bottles deep-processing workshops of high-level, low-temperature baking, decal, spraying, thermal transfer, pad printing, frosting, screen printing, injection molding and other technologies. All kinds of products are in the leading position in the industry. The company's leading products - nail polish bottles and foreign trade bottles, enjoy high popularity at home and abroad.

          1. Cosmetic bottle series: the company mainly produces high-grade nail polish bottles, perfume bottles, cream lotion bottles, eyebrow bottles, etc. The bottle type reaches more than 4,000 kinds, with an annual output of 2 billion pieces. It is the largest manufacturer of nail polish bottles in China. .

          2. Alcoholic bottle series: It mainly produces foreign trade spirit bottles and white wine bottles of domestic famous brand wine enterprises. The type reaches more than 2,000 kinds, with an annual output is nearly 100 million, and has become main suppliers of internationally renowned companies such as Berlin Packaging, Bruni, Tricorbraun, Saxco, Veritiv ,and AAC. The products are exported to all over the world.

          3. Amber glass bottle series: It mainly produces oral liquid, injection, essential oil and brown cosmetics series amber glass bottles,with nearly 1000 kinds, and an annual output of over 500 million pieces.

          4. High-boron heat-resistant glass series: the company mainly produces more than 100 kinds of glass containers such as high temperature resistant glassware, glass tableware, various lamps and Pyrex glass oven.

          5. Product deep processing: the workshop has the deep processing capacity of  high-temperature and low-temperature baking, decal, spraying, thermal transfer, pad printing, frosting, screen printing, with an annual processing output of more than 50 million pieces of high-grade spirit bottles, and over 200 million pieces of cosmetic glass bottles.

Four. Quality

        The QC department is equipped with advanced physical and chemical testing center, with complete set of quality testing equipment, to control the product quality. The center has WFX-130B type atomic absorption spectrometer, 722Z type spectrophotometer, MVP300 type optical image measuring instrument, HECM-S  type hot end coating measurement system, JBY-455 digital display of automatic hot and cold rapid snap instrument, DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven, LRH-100CA type low temperature incubator, DBH-10 electronic glass thickness tester, BCY-100 vertical axis deviation measuring instrument, CHJ-10 type Thermal shock meter, inside spraying detector, cold end spraying evenness tester and carton strength tester. Various professional equipment provide a strong guarantee for raw material quality control and product physical and chemical property test.

        In 2012, the company passes the ISO9001:2008 international quality system certification, and further improves the quality management system. The product quality control strictly implemented the “multi-level inspection” system. According to customer’ requirements, the company establishes detailed quality standards , from raw material control, mold inspection, hot end forming. , online control, warehousing sampling inspection, factory inspection and other process. Multi-level quality control ensures the product quality.
